Filosofía · Philosophy

“The valley remembers.”

We don't chase abundance. We chase evidence — one harvest, one hive, one press, one season.

Tres productos · Three products

One harvest. One hive. One press.

Every bottle and jar comes from one season, one producer, with a name and a coordinate.

Ripe red grapes on the vine, Valle de Guadalupe.

01 · Wine

Casa del Cerro red

San Antonio de las Minas. Nebbiolo and tempranillo from a single parcel. Fewer than 5,000 bottles a year — ours is numbered by hand.

Bougainvillea in bloom near the valley's hives.

02 · Honey

Raw honey from Los Encinos

Hives set between vineyards and bougainvillea. Cold-extracted, unfiltered, never heated. The same bees that pollinate the vines.

Bottles of Olio Magoni olive oil.

03 · Olive oil

Extra virgin from Rancho El Olivo

Stone press, early harvest between September and October. Arbequina and mission — green, peppery, young.

A row of vines under the Valle de Guadalupe sky.
