Five houses. One valley.
We don't buy from catalogs. Every bottle, jar, and tin comes from a house we know by name, visit each season, and pay in advance.

Wine, geography, pantry.

From the vine
Aged reds and minimal-intervention whites from five houses of the Valle.

From the ground
Rows over limestone, granite sierra, sea air ten kilometers away.

From the pantry
Cold-pressed extra-virgin oil. Raw, unfiltered honey — from the same landscape.

Bruma
A house built around an ancient oak. Bruma works with patience — French barrels, small harvests, blends that refuse to be rushed.
Provides the spine of Edition I: a structured red carrying the memory of limestone soil.

Vena Cava
Cellars built from recovered ship hulls. Vena Cava is proof that the Valle is built from what arrives by sea as much as by land.
Reference producer for our upcoming editions of minimal-intervention whites and orange wines.

Adobe Guadalupe
An Azteca-horse ranch with vineyards named for archangels. Adobe Guadalupe makes wine with hacienda logic — everything is grown, everything is tended.
Source of Mediterranean-style blends for seasonal editions.

Casa Magoni
Camillo Magoni planted vines and olives in the Valle for more than sixty years. His house produces a green, herbaceous oil with the signature of an Italian winemaker turned Bajacaliforniano.
Extra-virgin oil of Edition I — cold-pressed, bottled by lot.

Cava Maciel
A small apiary among the oaks, the same bees that pollinate neighboring vineyards. The honey shifts color with whatever bloomed that month.
Raw honey of Edition I — unfiltered, unheated.
A producer enters the catalog only after we've tasted their product across three seasons and visited the property at least once. We never resell labels we don't know firsthand.
If you represent a small house in the Valle and want to be part of a future edition, write to us.
